Good morning, guys. Sorry to not be able to join you this morning, but don't worry; I've left you plenty of work! :)

In my absence, I'm going to leave you in the very capable hands of our best friend, Coach Hall. Please take notes on the following videos and submit on Classroom.

In total, the videos are approximately 1 hour long.

Note that this assignment is not due until our next class starts, which means you have until Wednesday to complete it. I trust that you are able to budget your time appropriately, and as such, I encourage you to use this particular 74-minute block in the way that makes the most sense for you, personally and holistically.
